After re-reading the post here by davidde, i felt that he may not necesarily be a "poser" although i obviously have lingering doubts.It is entirely possible he may simply be one of those people who have an extremely high regard for every word that exits a doctors mouth. Perhaps an even higher regard than other doctors would have for those same words.

Surgeons probably use more tools than other doctors. They are also reputed to be some of the more honest.
