Matt Dwyer is a smart man and smart money is in this stock. He has reiterated for months there will be no reverse split ever. He has taken to companies public through reverse mergers and has acquired many other shells to do the same. RIGH is an upcoming medical marijuana testing facility called bud genius and TGGI has a second merger due. TA is functional and preferred shares to be issued to pay for the brokerage house which is in the process of getting acquired. what not to like. Hold tight for the ride of your life.
