They probably have sold another couple hundred million share but I wonder if it really matters that much...

This news is LEGIT. 2.4 billion shares is not a big deal for a functioning T/A trading at .0004s. They needed some cash, so what? Dwyer has obviously been doing some WORK with the previous funds they raised. It's my firm belief that the same will hold true for this round of fund-raising. After all the new shares have disseminated into the market we'll move right back up.
