So essentially, we should not consider the shareholders newsletter unusually late until after March 17th. My guess, and it is only a guess, is that the company intends to submit a shareholders newsletter, and instead of saying there would or would not be one, they are saying "don't get your knickers in a twist." Two out of the last four have happened at a later date. We have all witnessed (two days in a row, thanks to Mr SkunK) that there has been good cause to hold off on the news letter, specifically the 594 patent, and the allowance of the 516 patent to be used in the infringement suit. These would not have been able to be discussed in the newsletter. Is is very possible that there is still more news forthcoming. GLTA
