i still dont know why they would not have gotten both guidances issues out of the way at the time they announced the SA was over. Why not say, the SA is over, the 4th qtr was better then expected and the 1st qtr was worse and get it all out at that time.

To do it now when we have a rally makes no sense at all.

no way they pre-announced to get bad news out now so they can announce positive news in the future.

this company does not work that way
