A DTCC freeze has absolutely no bearing hindering JB from publishing accurate Financials. There is nothing prohibiting JB from "at least" doing just that... other than him failing to do so lending credibility to him be fraudulent. CXAC is one precise reason SOX was enacted. I sincerely hope that the full extent of the Law is thrown at JB if this proves warranted.
