Just want to share a few thoughts:

This is the most inactive board I've ever seen. Surprising, considering my modest holdings are up 120% since last Fall. Wish I could say the same for my other investments too.

I wanted to watch the CEMEX story unfold since I felt Senor Zambrano demonstrated the creative capacity to make the right moves. In general, I am attracted to the down-to-earth potential of cement, and its related products.

CEMEX did well with the 600,000 million Venezuela settlement, then later hearing reports about Bill Gates loading up. Lately, a series of positive news releases with much stronger financials surfacing. What more could an investor want? Also, they are smart enough to repurchase shares over time as greater prosperity matures. For now, I understand the need to pay-down the debt load.

I see CEMEX as the canary-in-the-mine-shaft relative to the overall health of the global economic recovery. Without CEMEX there will be no viable potential for global recovery. IMO, of course.

CEMEX retains impressive goals in respect to global dominance even though they took a downside hit from the Rinker deal. Just unforeseen "bad-luck-timing" which should heal over time. It looks like Australia is moving toward a healthier growth curve. Not sure if or how it might tie-in with the recent massive precious metals story in Australia. I will attempt to stay on top of progress "down-under."

Share price under ten bucks has to be a plus for new blood.

Mexico is a proud country full of talented people who relish the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to achieve on an impressive scale.

Best Wishes to All
