cjake, i have no clue im not a chart reader per se, but i do know one thing...when ever there is money involved, people can manipulate anything.

That date is when the govt 30 year t-bills go on sale.
so i would say when ever they are satisfied, people will run to them for "safe haven"..thats my theory for the beginning of the meltdown again how long or how low no clue.

ot: but not really...how long did it take us to get bin laden, 12 years...give me a break.
