The smelter deal is true, that's why they are making adjustments to the smelter. The contractor you are talking about has finished what was needed to be done, and is under contract to finish the smelter once the adjustments are made. BOD change is also coming soon. Winning contractor will be announced soon. NI 43-101 will also be filed soon.
IMO, all of the above will be completed by the end of March.
