IDCC investors

Apparently the IDCC investors or other players will down play anything that happens at IDCC. My question is just why would our officers knowing whats going on revenue wise up and buy a lot of stock, well for them a lot? My opinion is they don't like throwing money away and we will see a tender offer or a sale of some patents soon. This news certainly didn't scare them so I think you better seize the opportunity to buy these cheap shares as I don't think they will be this cheap long.
