No, what I said is that auditors and attorneys have to do their work and that takes time. Reporting no revenue, etc. takes very little time. Late or not, what difference does it make as long as they get the filing done within the alotted time. What I find remarkable is that with no revenue the management of this company has been able to keep current on all filings. Somehow they have managed to raise enough money to do that, something your friends at Monarch were never able to do, hence the lawsuit.
