I have continued to buy this and will buy this through the RS and after. I have a similar opinion as Yakrancher, except without the face to face time with Mark. Over the weekend I reread the emails I got from Mark and went over the notes I took during my phone conversations with him. I also reviewed the notes from all of the DD I have done.

I cannot come to the opinion that Mark has gone out of his way to screw the shareholders. I think there have been some bad decisions made on Marks's part but I also do not know what the reasons were behind those decisions. But I can look at my notes, my DD and what others have said about Mark that have dealt with Mark directly and I come to a much different conclusion.

I echo the same things that Yakracher brought up in a post from yesterday. This company has a long way to go. I could be impatient here and demand that Mark do something to fix the pps right now because I have been in this stock for 7 months and lost lots of money. But that is not what this stock is about.

This stock is about a man who has the history of success not only in the tractor business but also in other business. He is building a business from scratch and that takes time to do. Building a brand, adding dealerships, adding inventory, all takes time to do. John Deere and Cat were not built in 5 years or even 10 years. They took time and this venture will as well.

My DD tells me that this is going to be big. There is something happening with YTO that only Mark, his crew and YTO know about. I think that is and will be huge. YTO has told me twice that Tytan is their exclusive dealership in the USA.

Mark has new inventory on his lot. New inventory for his customers and dealers. He has a new filter program he has just launched. I could go on and on but I will not.

I am still hot for this stock and will continue to buy it. People who have done business with Mark have said nothing but good things about Mark and more importantly would do business with him again. That says allot about Mark.

Though we have lots almost all of the value of our stock in the last few months I believe there are valid reasons behind it that make sense for a new and growing business. An increase in inventory, adding new dealerships, YTO involvement, financing, and a new oil filter program are not the actions of a man bent on destroying his dream.
