I knew this was going to happen. All brokers should be able to confirm the vote and if you chose to Opt out. I find it strange that the brokers (such as Sharebuilder) are having issue's with Ballots. I have yet to receive mt Ballots in the MAIL. I did get them by email but what if I was not aware of any ballots>?? I would be screwed.

Who received Ballots in the mail from Sharebuilder???? No one!!! Well maybe soem did but that's not the point. EVERYONE should be getting their ballots. It is up to the Brokers to provide this information to ALL Shareholders.
