Are you using Scottrade? Its funny because when I walked into scottrade and filled out the paperwork I asked if my shares would be locked. The gentleman at the receptionist desk told me yes, but then I asked his manager and he told me no they wont be locked, lol. The lady that handles my paper work did show me on paper the C2. So yea, it's a little confusing to say the least.
