FFF ,what financials are you reading? ECDC total debt is under $5ml,
1. show me where you saw tens of millions in debt.
2. show me where you see shares issued at .001
3. show me where there are 480ml shares outstanding
I can show you on the last page of the 8K/A recently filed, it showed the combined revenue between the ECDC and RP for the period 3RD.
Q was $920k
I can show you on the liability section of the report, there were less than $5ml in debt. Nevertheless show me a penny or any company with no negatives?
I cannot find any shares issued at .001 in any of their filings, you have been lying about that fact and misleading people on this site.
The reason most don't believe or trust you is because unlike people like OC, who criticize when they see something they don't like and praise when they see something done right. For you there is no "right" from the company. Even when it is diversifying its portfolio to protect investor you scorn it, when revenue start to grow, you mock it, it start to issue shares to reduce debt you complain.
So tell us all in your expert opinion it should do? because if you know everything it is doing wrong, you would know what it should do right.
