I can't speak for Navy. I just know he is out. As far as observing the upcoming trial, I would imagine he has some interest, if only as an interested observer.
As far as a letter to the judge, I think we need to move forward with a letter, promptly. I can help a little with the writing. Being dumb and silent before the judge, as shareholders, is the worst thing we can do and be. There is a palor of fatalism that has overtaken the board. I understand those emotions. What I'm saying is now is not the time to be inactive, to lay down, not after all we've been through.
