LOOKING4WINNERS' are you preparing a letter to send to the judge? I'd be very interested in knowing what you are thinking! If this is going to be sent to the judge, I'd like to review and comment, if I could.

It would be good to get any legal minds involved because they would help to prepare the most effective letter possible.

Do we have the ability to get a lawyer pro bono? That is a possibility. Maybe Ladylaw can support us and we can support her.

Some how the judge needs to be aware that good quality people like investors may be screwed by his decision to rule in the favor of either unscrupulus party. The judge needs to know in these hard times that CEO's have walked away scott free because the judicial system is not doing it's job of protecting it's citizens.This may just be another case of blind injustice. We need to make him aware bad decisions are the match of civil awakening. He needs to know this group of shareholders will not go down to a decision that does not hold people accountable for for harming others because of their greddy misconduct.

We need to get this good and play on the judges conscience. His conscience needs to direct him in a direction of righteousness and fairness. I believe it can be done. We'll be able to read his character real easily and he needs to be aware that his charactor is on the line.
