I was told the same thing back in June or July. I asked if anyone from the former shell was involved with Phar and his response was no! He went on about how he heard what they had done with the prior shell and they didn't sound like good people. What set me off was I sent an e-mail to the IR dept of Phar in end of Dec or begining of Jan and I get an e-mail back from Tommy Johnson's Personal e-mail. That was my UH OH moment!!!!!!!!!!!!
