Didnt know if you wanted a response to your question at end as to my opinion or just making a statement in the form of a question..

Im not going to back down on this one. In April in several phone conversations with Howard he assured me as a Christian family man my concerns over former shell was not any problem . He said he knew the track record and not any associated would have any direct influence over PHAR. In my neck of the woods, thats a bold face lie. So this one , i will keep digging.

Your right, 504s was the icing for me on enough is enough, but the rollback issue PR as a done deal hashed out previous 45days and comical Babatunde AMS deal attributed greatly to the tones of my posting.
My sliver of hope involves #1 coming clean, good,bad or ugly from CEO,CHAIMAN Howard. Thats the part im unsure will happen.
