cheyenne1, I invested a substantial amount of money in this stock because I believed in the product (Aquiprin) and "assumed" that funding would be inplace to bring this product to market. Unfortunately, it became clear and obvious to me that Howard Phykitt had not secured the funding to bring Aquiprin to market when it was published that he was forced to get needed working capital through a 504 placement transaction. Howard said he wasn't going to negatively affect his shareholders by obtaining funding through dillution. But he did just that by selling millions of shares at a 40-50% discount to the SP to get $15K. You and I know that 504's represent basically getting funds when no other viable means are available. Others may not want to believe or accept that premis but that's their perogative. Now I'm not very optimistic that Howard can obtain the millions needed to get Aquiprin to market. Not after reading about the 504 transaction done in December. So what alternatives are there for Howard?
