In a less than two months they will owe the 10K for 2011. As things get dragged along, it will be harder to get the 10K financial statement out on time. That one requires auditing. That is the real problem.

Now if SNEY drops all three 10Qs at once... then why were they holding them back? Are they hiding something? But this is stinky pinky land and it happens all the time. JMO
