There can be several reasons why they are holding them. There is only one reason why I'm holding my shares! $$$$$$$$$

I have no idea why, but I can guess. I've been in other pinkies that did the same thing. Last fall another CE I was was behind 3Qs. They dropped them all on the same day. A couple days later they were off the CE (the SP later plunged, but for other reasons.)

The main reason I can think of is to manage the information. Maybe they'll release a PR at the same time as the Qs to expound on the information in the Qs? Maybe they just want to rip the bandaid off all at once rather then tear it off one by one?
