Toole is the man with the plan. It's silly to watch the tape hour by hour on IWEB. The fluff PR strategy is gone. Expect fewer PRs with more real information in each.

Take for example the most recent iceTIME PR. From an investor point of view, it's not really about the 5 minute guarantee or the free netbook. It's about the market Iceweb intends to target right now. It's small to medium sized business. For now, I'm willing to give the Tooleman the benefit of the doubt that he can make some progress there. I don't expect there will be a PR for every small business sale.

For now, if you want to buy or sell IWEB, you may have to settle for a price of 11 cents or so.
