No one knows, so this is about presumptions. When someone draws $20m right next to the market as Wave has done, I think the safe assumption is they intend to raise it. I am not saying other possibilities are not out there. But they seem less likely.

You also characterise the dilution as a figment of the imagination of people who wish the company ill (ie shorts). Not so. A dilution which delivers a business which makes the price rise in the future is not necessarily entirely a bad thing.

Of course, I should rather they have the funds to avoid doing so. But in the absence of major sales, they cannot expand their development activities without bankrupting the company.

So, given the choice between, say, passing on the opportunity to deliver a product in the mobile market in order to avoid dilution, or diluting and providing a product in Samsung's Android phones - I prefer the latter.

So maybe it is a pipe-dream that I hope these kinds of opportunities are out there.
