Their would only be a lien on the patents, THEY DON'T OWN THEM. We keep telling you but it does not seem to matter. If that situation occurs, the patents/assets would all be considered in the BK. That is the reason KNOBE is standing buy, and waiting for a settlement also. They also feel their lien is safe against the patents, because they feel it will not go to BK. They would also lose in BK, as would any lien or secured asset holder in a BK. They would get only a portion of what they are due, yet they are seemingly unconcerned as yet and would probably try to force a legal solution to this problem if it goes without settlement. The Feb trial will be very interesting with KNOBE as another possible player there, if it is not settled. Only post for the day here so see ya tomorrow.
