How is it different? CEOs "acquiring companies" that produce no revenue.
What happened to the solar and roofing companies that Smuda "acquired" when you were the mod here?

MacIntyre just took it to a different level by "acquiring" his own company that he created but doesn't say it was his, doesn't say how many shares of CTCC he gets or if it is a cash "acquisition" how much was it?


Vague PRs with that many forward looking words are a big red flag.
