It is truly amazing to me how some of the poster here view management and their salaries.

Name me one startup company, in the history of computing, that has partnered with almost everyone in the industry, from chip manufactures to mother board manufactures, just one.

Wave was the one company that CREATED TCG more than any other company. They brought ALL the gorillas into one corral and sold them on the idea of TPMs. They were the fore runner of trusted computing, no one else.

When June was ours in 2002, the biggest gorilla of them all, MFST, ADMITTED that software alone, could not protect the integrity of the internet. That June of 2002 VALIDATED Wave Systems.

SKS said watch and follow the supply chain. We did, and what did we find. Intel, Dell, Atmel, STMicro, Diabold, Seagate, and I can go on and on.

How much would you pay someone today, if he guaranteed you he would OWN the TPM space, and would have it’s technology licensed by all of the biggest chip makers in the world. (who by the way, are fierce competitors). Understand that, Atmel and STMicro and fierce competitors. So how was Wave, this little company with no money, able to do business with two rivals? Would one of them say: “If you do business with my competitor, you can’t do business with me”. That did not happen, how come? Because Wave OWNS THE SPACE. When you own the space, you can sell everyone.

Now, I hear some say that this should have happened years ago. Wave is a scam. They are late, they are nothing. Right, Wave controls all of the Gorillas named above, and it is up to Wave to tell them what and when to do things. It is Wave’s fault that MSFT waited until 2002 instead of 1999 to declare that software was not the total answer to internet security. Wave should have told Intel in 2003, sorry, we can’t do business with you because we wanted this in 2001 and you would not do it.

So you see, it’s all Wave’s fault that it took until now for TPMs to deploy.

Mark this down somewhere: EVERY computer that has a TPM in it, will have Wave’s licensed Technology in it from the TPM manufacture, everyone of them. Wave will be in Billions, yes Billions of computers in the next 5-10 years.

Some day SKS and Lark Allen will be compared to Bill Gates and Steve Balmer. Four people that took ideas and put them into the mainstream.

$500.00 a share some day? Why not, many other tech companies have done that, why not Wave. Seeing as Wave will be in EVERY COMPUTER manufactured in the World at some point in time next year.

And our management team is also working with mobile, something that can, and will, be even bigger than PCs.

Management overpaid, nonsense. They deserve, and have EARNED, every penny that they have received.

I challenge you (you know who you are) give me one other person or company that single handily turned trusted computing upside down, name me one. Name me a company that had all the gorillas in the palm of their hand, just one. No other company has ever controled the gorillas as Wave has. Does management get credit for this or did it just happen. Give me a break.

But it’s Wave’s fault we had to wait until 2005 to begin deployment. I say to you, Humbug!!
