TFWG ....aren't you being a tad bit rough on those Nokia lawyers. They are just "hired guns" that are representing their client to the best of their abilities and are doing their job. They are skilled, give advice/recommendations and ultimately follow instructions from their employer. What they do, as long as they follow the law, is what the employer instructs them to and may be against what they had advised their employer to do.
Like good soldiers, they often march to the beat of another's drum.....I know, as I was once one of those "shysters". However, never forget, one man's "shyster"(who wears a black hat) is another man's
hero (who wears a white hat)...depending on whose eyes are doing the judging.
