thanks spoke - makes sense to me too. Even though it does increase the number of shares, it would certainly be received in a more positive light to announce it. As for the name change in discussion by others, one would think they probably would but are not required to - it'll be interesting to see what Monday brings since that seems to be the start date for the initiation of the name change.
