I was reading a post on one of the IHUB message boards a few months back where seasoned players felt their stock was being naked shorted as seems this one might be, with the end sum game of never having to cover their short trades - raking in the profits and sticking existing longs with worthless shares.

Someone on that board posted a name and contact information to FINRA I believe, but not certain, that many felt that particular stock was being naked shorted, and could it be investigated by FINRA.

I continued to follow that stock and board for about a week following, and some posters felt simply telling all players to send a message to that FINRA contact put the END to the shorting of that stock, because it did begin to rise some. Then I quit watching it because of busi-ness.

I have so many things going on in my head these days I couldn't begin to remember what message board that was; hence - provide that contact information to FINRA.

If anyone knows what contact information I'm talking about, or has the time to pursue getting it, which I don't, I feel there would be nothing to lose and everything to gain by posting it here to try to put some fear into this Market Maker and even perhaps an insider, at this juncture to try to slow down the short selling.

If no one is complaining to any authority, my feeling is that Market Makers have no fear of doing whatever they want to do ... as long as the company isn't voicing any complaints in a tangible and persistent way, and in the case of THIS company ... too much secrecy abounds. I personally have lost trust that they can be trusted, but I'm open to have that trust regained if the company would show any effort in trying to build it.

Like Option has so well articulated in his recent post -- the damn company shows so much prospect for a pennystock company-- but either is blowing in the wind in CREDIBILY BUILDING ... or are SLICK AS HELL at taking people's money away with their quite impressive scam.

I'm not implying they are a scam YET - but I certainly can no longer remain confident they care about building any tangible credibility without some believable documentation/communication.

The reason for global warming is because hell is getting hotter.
