If you want to get into "conservative" or "safe" investments, you invest in well established companies, that have paid dividends over the years and have national and international distribution / markets.
If you want the opportunity to make "higher rates of return", you invest in high risk stocks and markets.
You just validated my point of investing in BCAP. The risk today compared to the risk I took on when I bought in right after re-activation of the company, is less now.
i.e. you invest in the egg before the hen lays it.
