The-implication-by voting is you will get some distribution with the newco. Implying a distribution by voting and locking your shares to me, implies those who vote and get their shares locked will receive some form of distribution. That implication is pretty well spelled out throughout the voting documents and would have some legal binding. IMO Anyone with legal background feel this also?
