BCDH news Mr. Holroyd concluded, "As soon as the SEC declares BCDH's Form 10 Registration Statement effective, we anticipate a mass amount of acquisitions and revenues to be generated. We have been working diligently for the past few years to accomplish numerous tasks and in doing so we feel the market is primed for a holding company like BCDH.
