Hi Biz..regarding item 5...

Is that with the Pref ballot only? Look next to it and you will find a #1 as if a footnote from section 3 I believe. I don't believe it pertains to us unless you previously voted prior but I put Ameritrade in there. It will not void the vote...inmho. All my votes common and P are in and are locked.









if anyone else has been instructed to write in their broker's name in a line provided in Item 5 on page 6.
