the fact that this is an otc:qb and it does not have to comply to the rules of a normal stock, the fact that i found a site where this stock is being shorted to death and then told i am worng,

the stock dropes every day. IMHO, take your money and run! there are other stocks that can be bought to gain a profit and recoup your losses!
