In the last last six months every potential aquirer has DISECTED
IDCC's patents and determined in their opinion, that right or wrong, that the value of these patents is OVERBLOWN considering the risks of litigation pending; the CAFC ruling. therefore I believe that without a CAFC WIN these aquirer would not be intersted in Aquiring IDCC. So why guess here, the CAFC ruling surely is around the corner now almost 13 months in the process.
I will wait and see : NO WIN , NO IN. it is really that simple
and prudent.
