if FINRA accepts RS's of 1/50k or 1/25k or 1/10k, with pennystocks that did multiple high RS's in less than 1 or 2 years, i think they will accept a small 1/150 RS with no previous RS in this companies history don't you think ?

(the only RS was 14 years ago in 1998 with another business & Officers at the realm that is not related to TYTN)
