As best we know, Atmel no longer supplies IBM (now Lenovo). Atmel supplied IBM for 1.1 TPM until IBM switched to NSM (now WinBond). I don't think we know anything about Lenovo 1.2.

A worthy footnote is that with IBM 1.1, Atmel was far and away the volume leader.
