I have a question that is going to show just how little I know about MM's but I am curious. 2 MM's can work together and one place an order to sell a stock for a price lower than current existing orders in system and the other place a buy order for same number of shares at that price to purposefully walk the price down so they can later benefit? Am I understanding that correctly when you are referring manipulation? If a normal stock holder can not see this,can they (the MM's) see all this on their end with the tools they have available to them? What do they do set them at the same time to pull that off? (Told ya I do not the operations of MM's)
