Disbarred! Oh heavens no. Alex told you he resigned,

Now for the reeest of the story. In 1988 he was arested by the Orange County, CA police on 7 counts of defrauding his clients. I don't know the results of the arrest. The California Bar suspended him. He then resigned. But my goodness! He wasn't disbarred!
