I was an original investor in Southridge Ethanol, some BS subsidary of Southridge Enterprises. What happened to the old southridge? They had so many business prospects. Google Southridge Ethanol LOI to see all their business prospects. Then they did some strange 6000 to 1 reverse split and the shares went to 80 dollars, then "management" did a massive dilution and now its trading at a fraction of a cent.

Anyway, where did "management" get the money for the share buy-back? Did they sell all those mystery assets from the old Southridge Ethanol or did they discover how to grow money trees?

Just wondering...
