On Friday I called Fidelity and was told not to use the address on the ballot for any securities. He gave me the choice of a P.O. box in Cincinnati or an address in Covington, KY. Today I spoke with a different person and was given different instructions. He said to mail the UQ ballots to either Cincinnati or Covington (but not to the P.O. box if you're going to overnight it). He said to mail the PQ and KQ ballots to the address on the ballot.

He said WAMUQs should go here:

Can anyone confirm that they received the same instructions? It's great to know that if a rep at Fidelity gave me the wrong address, my ballots will go to the wrong place and I'll perhaps lose all the money I put into this.
