It depends on what "anytime" is. It's clear someone is buying up the outstanding shares. Of course, they're not going just hit the ask. They're going to wait until people get frustrated and sell as cheap as possible.

When this activity started, it was about a penny. Now it's 30 cents. So can it hit $1. Of course it "could" and "might," but we don't know when and we don't know why.
