Buy when you see fit.

Many listened to the naysayers and bidsat at $0.0001 when $BCAP traded at $0.0002 (very few shares sold at $0.0001).

Many listened to the naysayers and are now bidsitting at $0.0002 while $BCAP is at $0.0003. I suspect $0.0002 bidsitting is history sometime this week.

I can't tell you what will happen short term, although my guess is $BCAP goes higher. You need to figure out what your timeframe and objectives are. $BCAP is designed to service the OTC markets. If you think $BCAP will succeed, then you can buy a Transfer Agent, Investment Division, future Clearing House and Investment Banking services for $639k tomorrow - $0.0003/share (don't look at the stock for two years until all the business units are expected to be operational).

Let me put it this way $300 buys you 1M shares. If you have a long term view, getting shares at $0.0002/3/4/5 shouldn't be the deal breaker.

If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
