I JUST TALKED TO MICHEAL, WHO CALLED ME BACK OFF OF MY VOICE MAIL MSG TO HIM A FEW MINS AGO....

i did NOT expect a call back this time of night. its 9:46 my time here in va..

what i nice man.

he is aware of ihub, i also sent him an email with a link here.

anyway,, he was very careful not to ever give inside info, and said its ok to post what he said.

i dont normally call ceo's, but this one is special i think.

he said..

the financials are done. has a new accounting staff. will post the info "soon" on pink sheets and the web site,, but of course can't say exactly when. sounded like good news from the tone of his voice.

he did say that this is a non reporting stock, so he is not obligated to post his fin's, but plans to anyway. smile

he does NOTTTTTTTTTT intend to r/s at this point (thats great news!)

and he has "not sold one share" of sshs at this point.

also, he mentioned toxic financing (thats a bit over my head but i have heard of what its all about in the past).. he said they have not "converted in over a year" so that didnt run the price down.

he said he is building the buz nicely..
