Do you know , once you have voted, your shares are locked, and who knows if and when they will ever be unlocked. So, if after voting, the pps rises substantially, you are locked out from an immediate gain. Does this bother you? And also, they have already made plans for issuing many more NEWCO shares after emerging BK. So, why not just sit tight and trade while you can, you can always buy the NEWCO shares when they are issued.? Wouldn't surprise me to see a big spike in the pps, shortly after the voting deadline.
