Thank you again for your help with this. Unfortunately, the issues are not getting resolved as quickly and cleanly as we had all hoped. Can you please let shareholders know that the EC is very aware of the problems and we want shareholders to continue to communicate with us and with KCC.



I do not believe that anyone is acting in bad faith or trying to shut out shareholders from voting. The problems are primarily the result of the short deadlines, which are part of the agreement with creditors, and the cumbersome but unavoidable system of voting through the brokers, some of whom are obviously less diligent than others.


I'm having frequent conversations with the Debtors and KCC trying to resolve the problems. If they are not fixed in sufficient time for shareholders to vote, we will seek relief from the Court.
