Da!~~ There's definitely a lot of things that have gotten my attn over the past couple of months. However, the #1 item is this OTC BB market. Right now, there are companies going under like sand in a tidal wave (on the OTC BB). Welcome to the economical crunch from hell (or the market bubble of 99' and 00'). The quick and dirty of the situation is that companies need to readjust in order to survive. HRCT is doing just that. However, I was of the opinion that we would have a strong financial backing coming into HRCT. That never happened. The American Partner. . .never happened. These, in my opinion, were what could have created a more stable environment for HRCT during these tough times. Right now, I would like to know if anyone knows of a major investor that is putting money into an OTC BB stock. If so. . .could you please keep me posted.

There have been personal attacks on more than Dr. Phan as it pertains to HRCT's devaluation. Investors all over the world are trying to brush blame all over the place ~~ for their lack of intellect in understanding how the market moves. Many feel they have been misled by company reports. . .many companies feel they have been hammered by "bashers" and "cockroaches," many elderly feel they have been taken advantage of by professional stock analysts. But in the end, the only people we have to blame for our foibles are ourselves.

Any person/individual/investor, whether that be a "short term" or "long-term" investor, should understand the concept of selling stock while it is going up. Otherwise, they will be crying while it is going down. I am not upset with HRCT's stock performance, at all. HRCT was one of the best performing stock in 99' and 00'. The chances of "high performing stocks" to continue the trend. . .are much better than other stock issues that never performed. Therefore, I continue to hold enough shares of HRCT to make me a happy man in the future. That is what "risk" and "investing" is all about. Put aside what one can afford to lose. . .take from that table that which is best left in one's wallet.

You know, I can't believe how many people forget the "defensive" plays in a market. And I know for a fact I have posted defensive plays. . .as well as "on the offense" plays, pertaining to my own investing beliefs. Unfortunately, many people base their beliefs on today's technological world. They are swayed by bashers, and encouraged by cheerleaders. Instead of doing the real "book-learning" and "trial-by-error" approach. . .they dive right in to message board reading. That, my friends, is dangerous.

Anyway, Da!~~ You have hit the button right on the nose. I'm most certainly respectful of everything you have to say. You have always leaned towards common sense. . .and based your opinions on what the market knew at those times. However, my friend. . .in a market of turmoil ~~ don't be afraid to jump ship on whatever you need to take off the table. One can always buy back in at a lower price provided they have that particular strategy. But don't get taken by anyone. Never. And for some reason, I feel you won't.

Okay ~~ I'm going to continue to watch HRCT develop and believe that something will come up. My primary disappointments were posted in earlier paragraphs. All the "failed acquisitions" and everything else. . .pertaining to the recent 10!~~ were only a matter of financial adjustment. Had that financing (that I believed was coming) of happened. . .or "the American partner," turned out/up/whatever. . .I'm certain HRCT would be faring a little better during these troubled times. Unfortunately, neither one of them ever came to reality.

Notice: I am not a "defector" of this mission. However, I am not walking through life with blinders over my eyes. I would strongly recommend that everyone keep their minds open to overall market events. . .and set strategies in accordance with their risk level (at whatever age they may be at). Now, that has been stated ~~ AGAIN. . .and will always be stated by this individual. Anyone who is under the age of 40 should eventually see good results from HRCT. Anyone over 60 who holds this stock is probably at a higher risk level. At this point, I'm like many ~~ I just don't know. There are health variables and many other variables (market/company/leadership/earnings/new developments/institutional sponsorship. . .etc, etc, etc) that can change things overnight. However, today's beliefs are based on present events. But there's always. . .tomorrow.

Stay life's course. . .
