They said they already sent out the ballot ( In fact, I did received my K ballot in the mail today, but not the P)

but if you want to send the ballot back to them faster, you can call the Corporate Action department (888-723-8504) and they will email you the PDF ballot.

The service rep told me that I can mail them the PDF ballot (couple poster say that too), but someone from Y!board said you need to mail the ORIGINAL ballot. So I can't guarantee anything on this, but you can call them up and ask.
