Large Green, when you mention $5 - $10 per share to keep it private are you referring to after the conversion of shares?

If so, then this doesn't seem good to me. I respect your posts. Could you elaborate.

I was hoping for, just off the cuff, due to the $26 BB non restricted NOL, plus discovery of hidden assets post BK, a value in the neighborhood of $9-10 BB for the newco.

Then I was hoping for a post conversion of shares buyout offer of say $5-6 BB...which would equate to around $25-30 per share.
